What better place to recharge batteries than my favourite coastal path alongside Morecambe Bay, between Grange over Sands and Kents Bank station in Cumbria. It reminds me of my novel, LOYAL HEART, where supermarket deliveryman, Roger, a man with personal problems suspected of murder, escapes to the Lake District and Morecambe Bay.
