New Year, new novel

My new novel, MEMORIES ARE NOT ENOUGH (previously ALL THAT GLITTERS) is now at the printer, having been read by several people first, printed and corrected yet again. I will be at my wit's end if I find a single typo this time. It will probably be available to buy at the end of January. I must see it and check through first in case of some major faux pas.

Now for my novel in progress, FANDANGO NIGHTS. Have got as far as the first 100 pages. Getting to know my characters well now. They will soon take over the plot.....hooray, so much less work for me....

I have a new gig this week, at a trendy town cafe. I'll be reading poems, short stories and chapters. Remains to be seen whether customers will be willing to stop their chatter and listen. All the open mic events start again soon, so looking forward to reading more in due course.
